Your delivery time is made up of two parts: processing time and shipping time.
Processing time: 1 to 2 working days
Shipping time:

All orders are fully tracked, and you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package ships.

If your order has not arrived from the day you received your tracking number, or if you notice your package arrived damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 15 days.
Provide your order number and details of the missing items, and we will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Please prepare a photo of all items received, the packing slip, barcode, and the shipping label affixed to the box.
Any relevant information about the package you received will also be helpful.

Seranova currently ships worldwide! Packages are shipped via FedEx, USPS or DHL courier with standard shipping services.
In Spain we don't ship to Balears Province (also known as the Balearic Islands), Las Palmas, and Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

You’ll get a an email containing the tracking link as soon as your order ships; tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

If tracking appears stalled, check the official carrier page directly, if there’s no movement for 48+ hours or it stays on “Label created,” please get in touch with us so we can escalate and make sure you get your order delivered as soon as possible.

If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, first check your mailbox/parcel locker, building office, neighbors, and any safe-drop spots, and allow 24 hours in case of a pre-scan.
If still missing, request a GPS/Proof of Delivery and a trace/claim number from the carrier and send those details with your order number to our support team—we’ll step in immediately to sort it out and provide a solution for you.

In most cases, these costs are already taken care of by the shipping carrier on your behalf. This means your order should arrive without you having to pay anything extra at delivery

On rare occasions, depending on your country’s regulations, local customs may request additional information or a small payment before releasing the package. If that happens, our team and the carrier will assist you to make the process as smooth as possible.

Our serums are sealed with aluminum to keep them sterile until you’re ready to use them. Follow these simple steps:
1.Hold the ampoule firmly. Locate the arrow on the cap lid and flip it open from the side where the arrow is pointing.


1.Break the seal. Hold the cap securely and bend the silver aluminum seal back until it nearly snaps off.
2.Peel away. Carefully peel back the rest of the aluminum seal from around the ampoule top and discard it.
3.Open & pour. Remove the rubber stopper and pour the serum directly into your Micro-Infusion device.
