Delivery Times
• United States: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.
• International: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days for most destinations.
Please note that delivery estimates begin once the order has been shipped, not from the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Shipping Options and Costs
• First-time and one-time orders: Free worldwide shipping.
• Subscription refill orders: A $6.95 shipping fee applies to all recurring subscription orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed by our system immediately upon placement and are sent directly to our warehouse for preparation. Because our processing begins immediately, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or intercepted once placed. This includes cancellations, changes to shipping addresses, product selections, or order quantities.
This applies to all order types, including first-time purchases and subscription refills.
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment 7 days a week, including holidays.
Subscription Orders
Subscription refill orders are processed immediately by our warehouse once the charge is initiated. Once the order is created, it cannot be stopped or modified.
You have full control over your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. You can:
• Skip your next shipment if you have extra product or need a break.
• Change your delivery frequency — switch to every 45, 60, or 90 days.
• Switch to a different product from our brand.
• Cancel your subscription entirely, effective before your next billing cycle.

We recommend reviewing your subscription schedule regularly and making any changes before your next billing date to avoid unwanted charges. You will receive an email notification at each subscription renewal.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support team at info@seranovabeauty.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order directly on the USPS or DHL website using the tracking number provided.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Support team and we will work with you to find a solution.
